On 09/09/2010 a meeting was held between the Department of ASL No Imperia 1, the RSU and
unions, which have been addressed issues determinatesi a result of the dispute

The public and the trade union side, by a majority, have signed a document in which
were agreed the following points of agreement:
1. suspension of the conversion of part-time employment relationships in place

2. definition, between the Company and the trade unions, within 30 days, criteria and procedures for the
reallocation of staff to part-time (when this is deemed necessary), through the establishment of internal mobility
